Max Greenfield, best known for his role as New Girl‘s lovable douche bag, Schmidt, will join the cast of American Horror Story: Hotel, which is set to premier October of this year. The announcement, as reported by Entertainment Weekly, includes the little detail that Greenfield’s character will not be checking out of the hotel once he arrives.  We’ll have to wait to find out whether this means he is a survivor or just so much dead meat.
