In X-Men Days of Future Past, the cast from the classic X-Men films (200-2006) joined the new cast from X-Men First Class (2011). The resulting movie was excellent and set right some dire mistakes the franchise made during the naughties.

One character who was missing from the action but glimpsed briefly in the new timeline was Anna Paquin’s Rogue. As it turns out, though, we were originally supposed to see much more of Rogue during the film. On July 14th, the Rogue-tastic version of the movie will be released on Blue-ray, DVD and Digital HD. This version will include all Paquin’s scenes that were deleted from the theatrical release. One of Rogue’s deleted scenes was shared today as a preview of what’s to come. See the clip, exclusive from Entertainment Weekly, right here.

Did you love X-Men Days of Future Past. Did you notice Rogue was missing? Will you check out this new, extended version? We want to hear from you in the comments.
